F17 Formply 1800 x 1200 x 17mm

1800mm Formply is structural plywood for supporting concrete walls, floors, columns, steel, and timber formwork frames. Sheets act as a mould and are dismantled after concrete structures solidify. Cross-lamination creates a plywood less likely to expand or contract from rain and temperature changes. It also makes it easier to lay forms for large decking. Plywood suits a range of frame spacings, concrete thickness, and surface tolerance.

Phenol formaldehyde resin glues veneer sheets together with exceptional adhesive strength. An impregnated film surface overlaid on both sides ensures a smooth finish on concrete slabs. The film surface prevents veneer timber from absorbing bleed water. The A-Type marine bond protects against construction moisture. Each F17 grade Formply offers a class two finish on the first pour and is reusable due to the outer veneer quality.
